Unfriendly and not worth a dollar.

Everything was poorly handled. Never was able to stay…they canceled before my arrival but not on booking.com (by email). Then I saw a mouse running through the lobby and they were rude about the cancellation so I left.

I stayed 3 days there with 3 different bookings they supposed to give 3 bottles of water as complimentary but for one bottle they charged Rs 34, suddenly there prices will change

Overall, I had an amazing experience at Treebo Trend CT International Hotel in Delhi. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great location made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! ?

Nothing except the location.

Almost everything. Rooms were stinking with cockroaches, dirty furniture and furnishings. I could have found a much better deal with this price point..did a terrible mistake booking this hotel.

The property has very good photos but they’re deceiving and the actual room is not very nice and comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the property is not so good. also the amenities were not available, not even slippers

Very BAD experience . I went with my wife , For our surprise a big rat in room kept us awake whole night . at mid might we changed the room and again we had encounter with another rat . Hell like experience . dont visit this place ?

Overall everything was up to satisfaction except the shower.

I was flying to London early morning. I rushed into shower expecting the hot water but water was like freezing cold ?so I took quick wash instead of shower ?

Very Good Hotel within the budget.

Should increase the Entertainment facilities like TV channel and Strong WiFi

It was a good value for money during my stay...I actually extended my stay for two nights...that goes to show it was a good value for money. Breakfast was very good too.

I think the elderly man at the reception could let the younger staff to manage customers. For example he shouldn't be interrogating customers, like where you coming from now or stayed last night etc. Simple question could be what country have you come from and what date you entered the country.

The rooms were neat and well maintained.Staff was affable.

We were allocated rooms in the 2nd floor and this hotel does not have lift.I travelled with elderly couple and they faced a big challenge in going to the rooms.This is really bad.

I AM STAY HERE ALMOST 2 month continuous and I’ll prefer to stay again here when I back India , As a NRI I would like to rating this hotel specially in Delhi I have seen first time kind & Supporting hotel staff and also breakfast amazing.

special not about hotel desk staff VIREN KATARIYA who is the person person assist for checking very kind person I really give respect on his age he use to call SIR to the young people , I really appreciate

There test rooms are horrible dirty please this is completely un acceptable there staff is fine and only because of location they are getting guests. Without a service staff will always wait for tip, i had worst ever experience

Bed size and the room does not have tv card despite having a tv hanging on the wall its use less. Its very old property and requires maintenance there cupboard doors are not getting closed.

Staff were really very friendly and ready to serve.. U jz name it !! I asked to sanitize twice n they agreed o one request.

There is nothing such which cant be like... they are very polite staffs.
